What we collect
When you write to us through the contact form you give us your name, email and your message, so we can reply.
As you browse the site we collect aggregate, anonymous usage metrics to understand page performance. We don't use tracking cookies for advertising.
How we use it
We use your contact details solely to reply to you and coordinate your access to Arqnex. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We share it only with the providers that let us run the service and contact you: our infrastructure and hosting providers, and our email delivery provider. They all process it on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact data for as long as needed to reply and coordinate your access, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can request to access, rectify or delete your data, object to its use, request a portable copy, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us from our contact page and we'll take care of it.
This processing is governed by applicable data-protection law.
Your data and security
Access to Arqnex is passwordless: you sign in with your email and a one-time code. Inside the platform, role-based permissions (admin, collaborator or operator) limit who sees and does what on each project.
Your data is yours: if you stop using Arqnex, we help you take it with you. We host the service with established infrastructure providers, and data always travels encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).
Changes and contact
If we update this policy, we'll change the date above and, if the change is significant, let you know. For any questions, write to us from our contact page.
